Canadian dollars, taxes extra, the same for everyone. NABCEP fees are paid separately to NABCEP and are listed here so you can see the total before you commit.
There is a reason no Canadian training provider publishes prices: it removes the chance to read the buyer first. We would rather have the buyers who arrive already knowing what it costs.
A testing centre that charges its own students less, or seats them sooner, is not a testing centre — it is a sales funnel with a proctor in it. One fee, one calendar, one set of rules, whoever you studied with. If that costs us a few course sales, it is worth more than it costs.
Employers putting three or more people through the same course at the same time are invoiced at a group rate, with attendance records issued for your files. On-site delivery at your premises is available where the group is large enough to justify the travel. Tell us the headcount and the city on the enrolment form and you will get a figure back, not a discovery call.
Operations and maintenance training is in development for 2027 and is not sold yet. We do not sell exam guarantees, pass-or-repeat packages, or “certification bundles”, because the exam is NABCEP's and no provider can promise a result on it. We also do not sell leads, licences or territories.
These prices were set for the 2026–27 intake and are reviewed annually. NABCEP fees are set by NABCEP, are quoted in US dollars, and can change at any time — check them against NABCEP's own fee schedule before you budget. Taxes are added at invoice.
Because a price behind a form is a price that changes depending on who is asking. Publishing means you can compare us against the American online providers, which is what most Canadian candidates end up doing anyway.
Yes. The NABCEP application and examination fees for PV Associate are included in the Fast-Track price and we book your seat. On every other course the NABCEP fees are paid separately, directly to NABCEP.
Tell us on the enrolment form. Instalments are arranged case by case on the longer programmes and invoiced accordingly.
No. The price is the price. Employers get an invoice and attendance records instead of a receipt.
